Calluna Recruitment are seeking a highly organised Customer Services Administrator to join their clients team based on the outskirts of Stowmarket, Suffolk.

This is a permanent, full time position Monday to Friday 37.5hrs per week flexi time.

This is a varied and broad role that involves providing excellent customer services support to all of our clients customers. You will also provide administrative support to their sales team based globally.

Ideally you will have had some export experience within processing orders from customers and arranging haulage and freight transport. You will also book export orders once details are received from the freight forwarder on the portal for HM Customs.

Other duties to include (not limited to):

  • Arranging overseas and UK business trips.
  • To issue credit and debit notes for customers as and when required
  • To carry out all ad hoc aspects of customer administration
  • To obtain details of complaints from customers and record on the appropriate form
  • To provide sales data by customer for sales manager
