Customer Service Administrator / £17k-£19k + benefits / Bromley
My client, a sought after employer based in Bromley, are looking for a bright, switched on Customer Service administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis.
Your role will be heavily administrative, but also client facing. Working in an office based environment, you will be speaking to customers via phone and email, advising on their accounts. You will also be liaising with other departments internally, processing new business, setting up new accounts and ensuring accurate reporting and input of data. You will resolve any problems in a timely fashion, or escalate where necessary
Working in a team environment, you will be a good communicator with fantastic customer service skills developed through a previous office based role. You will be able to use MS Word, Outlook and Excel and be numerate, literate and hard working. You must have experience working in a similar role. Any experience within Financial Services would be a huge advantage.
