Customer Services Administrator

The Company

Nigel Wright are working with a local manufacturer to recruit a customer services administrator. Reporting to the customer services manager, you will work cross functionally to manage customer requests from the point of initial enquiry through to product delivery.

The Role

  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Notify customers of order confirmation within the agreed time limit
  • Ensure that customers are informed of order status updates throughout the order process, including notification of any potential delays
  • Work cross functionally to ensure any order amendments are communicated to the relevant teams
  • Maintain an effective customer database with up to date records

The Requirements

  • Experience of telephone based customer services within an industrial organisation
  • Previous experience of using ERP systems
  • Experience of managing a high volume of customers and able to work effectively to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills including written and verbal
  • An effective team player also able to work on your own initiative
  • IT literate
  • Must be a driver as the office location is not accessible via public transport
