Customer Services Administrator

£15k-£18k depending on experience

Supporting the Customer Service Manager and a small team in the day to day running of the department.

Duties will include:

  • Managing company mail inbox
  • Inbound calls
  • Order processing
  • Customer liaison as main point of contact to solve day to day queries
  • Offer an exceptional customer experience
  • Working in a team of 4 reporting to Customer Service Manager
  • Customer liaison as main point of contact to solve day to day queries
  • Improve current system and processes for maximum optimization
  • Improve customer interactions
  • Sales calls to advise on new products and promotions
