We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service/Administration Assistant to work within a large ,very busy Distribution Centre in Doncaster. You will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with general office administration (Reporting using Excel, Admin Queries, mail, telephone answering). Ideally you will have some experience within a similar role as this is a fast paced environment and you must be able to work well under pressure. You must have a strong understanding and proven competency of Excel use.

- Excel Reporting
- Filing important paperwork accurately
- Scanning important documents confidentially
- Answering inbound telephone calls
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Data Entry
