What will you be doing in this Customer Service role?

* To provide excellent customer service and catering your approach to different type of customers where necessary
* Dealing with all complaints
* Analyse areas of customer dissatisfaction and implement actions to improve customer satisfaction
* General administrative duties

What are we looking for ?

* Previous experience dealing with complaints within the automotive or fleet industries (desirable)
* Ability to handle objections and deal with complaints in a timely manner
* Experience working towards strict deadlines and targets
