Customer Service Operative
GBP23k to GBP24k
My client, a company that manages social housing contracts, are looking for a Customer Service Operative to join their call centre, where you will be covering all domestic gas service contracts. The right candidate must be confident over the phone, and have the experience to communicate with customers through contact channels (phone, email, live chat etc).
The hours are 8am-5pm and then 9pm-6pm alternating each week. This also includes 1 Saturday a month; however you will be given a day off in the week when working that Saturday. Salary is starting off as GBP23,352, and after the 3-month probation period this will increase to GBP24,024.
Duties involved, but not limited to:
· Planning and scheduling engineers work
· Booking service appointments
· Answering calls from clients, customers and engineers
· Supporting gas department with admin tasks
