Job Title: Customer Service (Upselling and Cross-Selling)

Salary: £18144 with potential to earn £30,000 ++ (some earn late £30’s) with bonus

Location: High Wycombe

Paying a basic of £18144, with the opportunity to increase your earnings to over £30000 and some of the top performers earn late £30’s through upselling and cross-selling.

You will be working shifts between 08.00 - 19.00 Monday to Friday, a total of 37.5 hours per week.

This is an outbound and inbound customer service role - excellent customer service. Our client is looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills and a professional manner to deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

You will answer incoming calls promptly, handling queries and working towards KPIs including booking contacts.

You will liaise with the company’s various offices to get relevant information to the customer.

You will ensure the database is updated and correct.

In order to increase your earnings, you will upsell and cross-sell different services and products to the customer. Many of the team earn in excess of £30000.
