Role : Customer Service Representative

Type : Contract for 6 months initially

Location : Leeds, UK

Roles and responsibilities:

· Handle queries from business customers with the best use of customer service skills

· Understand the background of the query, do required research with the provided tools, and respond appropriately, resolving issues if any

· Escalate or communicate to other teams if it is required to solve the issue

· Connect with customers at a professional level and build rapport with them

· Undergo the required training once on boarded and during the course of the job and apply it where its required to process transactions

Key Deliverables:

Follow the right process as trained and as prescribed by the quality team Provide appropriate resolution to the customer Ensure we provide the resolution with the utmost level of customer service via Voice Call/Chat/e-Mail Code / Document the transaction in the required tools appropriately for all the modes of interaction with the customer Functional Competencies and skill sets required for the position

· Demonstrate excellent consulting & communication skills

· Shows flexibility/ownership & works under pressure situation

· Ability to work within challenging environment with tight delivery time-lines

· Candidate should be ready to work in a 24*7 environment (Willingness to work in any shift)

· The candidate should have excellent problem solving capabilities and lateral thinking skills

· Understanding of the Business situation and capability to address issues

· Candidate should be open to change, should be able to multi-task, and should have good inter personal skills

· Can switch tasks swiftly from one mode of communication to other as per Customer's preference

Under Graduate/ Graduate with Excellent spoken and written English
