Customer Service Advisor
£20,000 per annum

A leading employment benefit company in the centre of Basingstoke is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. This role is working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and is offering a salary of £20,000 per annum plus many benefits.

The role is currently home based until the office reopens, full training will still be available. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

The main purpose of the Customer Service Advisor is to be a first point of contact for any customer queries, this is a telephone based position with a small amount of admin.
Main Responsibilities;
Handle all call and claims offering the best customer service
Provide customers with claim updates
Answer general customer enquiries
Complaint handling
Understand and be able to explain policy covers
Achieve personal and contribute to team targets

Previous call handling experience (desired)
Excellent customer service
Microsoft office knowledge/ pc literate
Good communication skills both verbally and written
