Customer Service Advisor
£20,000 per annum
A leading employment benefit company in the centre of Basingstoke is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. This role is working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and is offering a salary of £20,000 per annum plus many benefits.
The role is currently home based until the office reopens, full training will still be available. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
The main purpose of the Customer Service Advisor is to be a first point of contact for any customer queries, this is a telephone based position with a small amount of admin.
Handle all call and claims offering the best customer service
Provide customers with claim updates
Answer general customer enquiries
Understand and be able to explain policy covers
Achieve personal and contribute to team targets
Previous call handling experience (desired)
Excellent customer service
Microsoft office knowledge/ pc literate
Good communication skills both verbally and written
