I am recruiting for a market-leading scientific organisation who are requiring assistance within their Customer Service department with the management of COVID-19 testing samples.
As part of your duties you will be working with in house databases and Microsoft Excel for the successful coordination of incoming Customer samples, liaising with customers on the telephone dealing with confidential personal information and management of a busy inbox. You will be part of a dynamic working team and will be working on different shift patterns Monday-Sunday which will be on a rota basis.
Daytime Shift-7am-4pm
Night Shift-4pm-1am
To be considered for the role, you must have access to your own vehicle, have a positive and flexible work attitude and be happy to work within a team.
This is a 3-6 month FTC and is looking to pay £20,000. The role is currently on a zero hour contract.
