Job Role; Customer Service / Account Manager
Salary; c £18,000 - £20,000 salary will be dependent on experience - the Client also offers an excellent benefits package including an Annual Bonus

With my Client I am looking to appoint TWO - Customer Service / Account Manager roles.
Based within a proactive / energetic and personable Customer Service team - we are looking to appoint two characters who have the energy / drive and ambition to join this team and business.
The is a full time permanent one and will be offered Monday - Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm and will be based in the office.
On a day to day basis the role will include;
- working on a Ticketing System to list and prioritise roles
- processing Orders - both UK and US based Clients
- processing Returns - Debits and Credits
- booking Shipments across - UK / Europe and USA
- delivery of consistently high levels of Customer Service at all times
- ad ho duties as required
