Your new company
Your new company are currently seeking customer service candidates, who have prior contact centre experience to join their warm and friendly team on a temporary basis, with the strong possibility of going permanent.
Your new role
Your new role will be working as part of the customer service team answering all inbound calls, speaking with customers on the phone and via email and assisting with any queries, providing advice and potentially upselling other products. You may also be involved with following up with any complex client issues and making outbound calls to verify information. Every call and detail must also be logged on the system to ensure a full client background history.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have prior inbound phone experience within a busy, high volume environment, ideally within a call centre. Having any experience working with technical customer service would be beneficial. You must have a positive attitude towards both your work and colleagues, be flexible, have strong prioritisation and organisational skills and have fluent written and verbal English conversational skills. You must also have a very professional, confident, and persuasive character; be excellent at multi-tasking whilst on the phone and you must have strong IT skills.
