About The Role:
· Working in customer service team you will work alongside friendly and helpful colleagues in a place committed to constantly making the housing business a better place to work
· You will be providing a one stop shop customer service covering all services
· You will offer appropriate resolution in order to continue in delivering an excellent service to our customers with a focus on the implementation of new methods of digital contact
· Were the friendly voice who provides a response to all enquiries, complaints or requests for service, across multiple contact channels such as email and live chat
· Aim to keep all our customers happy and up to date by using IT systems to record, appoint, order and monitor information to process all customer requests
· We do everything possible to deliver an excellent service and whenever a customer has an issue, were the specialist team that listens carefully to what they have to say in order to ensure the customer receives a high level of customer satisfaction
· Handling queries ranging from tenants across the housing association from maintenance and repairs issues to antisocial behaviour complaints
Essential Skills & Experience
· Previous experience within housing would be preferable
· Experience within an office based customer service role is essential
· This role is a temporary position to start on Monday 15th Feb so you must be available to start work immediately
· Experience or working across multiple systems
· Experience of open hosing or similar would be advantageous
About The Benefits
· Weekly pay
· GBP9.00 per hour
· Up to 37 hours per week 8.45am-5.00pm or part time 11am-5pm
· Immediate start
