THE OPPORTUNITY:

Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Customer Service and Order Processing Clerk working for a business based in Rugby!

This is will be working on a shift pattern which is 4 on 4 off and start time will be 7am. This is a temporary position which potentially could be made permanent.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processing customer orders
Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Solving customer issues

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

In order to be considered you must have strong communication skills both written and verbally. You must be IT literate and be immediate to start work.
