We are looking for a good customer service person to start asap in Ruislip
you must come from either a retail head office with good customer service skills and excel high level.
Customer Services Assistant
Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, responsibilities will include assisting with the following activities:
Ensure that all incoming orders are entered onto the system on the day of receipt.
Reviewing each order, checking that the value of the order matches the customer's purchase order and verifying exceptions with management prior to sending out the order confirmation.
Daily processing of EDI (Inbound and Outbound).
Ensure that all inbound faxes and e-mails are dealt with in a timely manner.
Ensuring that all amendments to orders/ cancellations are processed.
Allocation of stock to various accounts.
Advising Customers on Stock availability.
Production and distribution of stock status report.
Where possible offer alternative items due to stock shortages.
Work with the Logistics team to ensure all special requirements are identified.
Processing of orders from the Showrooms.
Ensure that the correct discounts are applied to orders.
Assist other departments during certain periods.
Various ad-hoc tasks that may from time to time arise.
