Customer Service Advisor Role
Type: Permanent
Hours: Mon – Fri 37.5
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
Location: Leicester

Due to growth my client is now looking to recruit strong service professionals to join them on a full time permanent basis. Once you have completed 4 weeks training based in Leicester this role will involve working from home therefore a quiet space and a strong internet connection is vital.

If you are experienced in customer service and fit the following, we want to hear from you! A minimum of 6 months customer service experience (retail, contact centre, front of house and hospitality are just some of the industries we want to hear from) People who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Individuals that enjoy problem solving and thrive under pressure A confident phone manner A positive mindset, always wanting to go the extra mile!
