Based in Ringwood, we are looking to recruit temporary Subscription advisors for my client.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a Customer Service team.

Main Purpose of role:

  • To deliver an exceptional level of support to the customers.
  • The role is principally an Inbound contact centre role, that will involve Order and Customer Service telephone calls, managing emails and various other "back office" tasks to include data entry of coupon orders and Returns processing.

Experience

  • Excellent telephone manner essential
  • Passion and commitment to delivering the best customer service experience.
  • Excellent soft and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to logically resolve customer requests using tools, acquired knowledge, experience and good judgement.
  • Proficient computer skills - Windows operating systems, Microsoft Word, email, web browsing.
  • Preferably previous experience working in a call centre environment.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Salary: £8.86 per hour + bonus

Hours: 40 hours over Monday to Sunday

Shifts generally rotate between 7am to 3.30pm, 8am to 4.30pm, 9am - 5.30pm or 11.30am -8pm
