My client is a specialist manufacturer supplying goods for over 40 years across the UK and Europe. Priding themselves on an expanding and imagninavtive product range year on year, they are looking for a new team member to join them to provide customer service support as well as general office administration. 

The role will be varied but will mainly focus on customer and supplier orders. You will be the main point of contact for inbound queries and your duties will include:

- Processing orders on internal systems
- Raising PO numbers
- Customer service: Responding to phone and email queries, tracking orders and processing refunds
- Adding new products to thhe website with the correct informtion 
- Ordering packaging snd stationary for orders
- Booking couriers
- Liasing with the accounts team to ensure client information is correct
