Subsequently, your role will be diverse, and integral to the successful running of business. On a day-to-day basis, you will be:
- Liaising with engineering teams to make sure LSA’s are met.
- You will be planning engineer’s diaries
- Constant use of in house computer systems
- Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are up to date with the progress of the engineers or alternatively any issues.
- Providing excellent customer service
To succeed in this Customer Service role, you will possess the following skills and experience:
