Are you immediately available? and looking for temporary work within Customer Service.

You will work as part of a Customer Service Team, interacting with existing/new customers and dealing with enquiries and customer queries over the telephone.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:-

Provide 1st Class Customer Support

Answering inbound calls

Updating Computer System

Liase and support other team members

Key Skills:-

Confident & Professional telephone manner

Experience working in a customer service environment

Excellent computer skills including Data Entry

The ability to build rapport & engage with customers

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work on own initiative and part of a team

A positive attitude

Candidates must be able to work full time Monday - Friday (9am-6pm) rotating (8am-5pm)

Immediately available

Own transport due to location
