To provide an excellent customer service. Have the ability to handle and resolve difficult situations. To ensure Customer satisfaction.
Dealing with and responding to e-mails from SCS in relation to debit queries
Answering telephone calls from retailers and directing the calls appropriately when necessary
Printing and checking service orders
Assessing Upholsterers reports to ascertain liability and passing the debit or disputing where necessary
Updating the daily spreadsheet with regards to debits
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & TRAINING
Must be numerate & literate to Secondary Education level
Must be able to work independently or within a team
Must be willing to learn
Good work ethic
An understanding of the company products is preferable.
Computer literate (Excel, Word)
Must be a team player, ability to work with others, consistent, able to work under pressure, even tempered and a calming persona
Working Hours : 09.00 am til 17.00 pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch
Salary : £16k - £17k depending on experience
