An established business based on the outskirts of Newton Abbot is looking to recruit a number of Customer Service profiles.

The main duties of the role are as follows;

  • Taking customer orders by phone and email
  • Provide updates on stock availability
  • Provide costings and shipping charge information
  • Deal with any queries or complaints in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a good telephone manner and have a great attention to detail. You will have previous office experience and have a full clean driving licence.
