Due to expansion our client is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Executive to join their international team. 

You will love working with people and providing outstanding customer support and looking to combine your knowledge in German, Science and Customer Service. 

As the Customer Service Executive, you will be working as part of a team with the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in this rapidly expanding organisation.   

As the Customer Service Executive, you will:

- Be interacting with customers via email and telephone
- Dealing with incoming enquiries
- Providing quotations and processing orders
- Assist in the maintenance of analytical instrumentation
- Maintain, store and label stocks
- Meet deadlines
- Be A-level or degree level qualified

As the Customer Service Executive, you will have:

- A Btec/Degree in a Science discipline
- Experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
- Good organisational skills
- Fluency in German and English
