Would you like to work for a prestigious Finance Company based in Kings Hill? We have a number of Customer Service opportunities available where you will be responsible for managing all types of correspondence including inbound / outbound calls, email, live chat and web customer service queries. The team are there to maximise and generate new ideas and opportunities through interaction with customers via all digital channels. They do this by speaking to customers via different means of communication on a daily basis, understanding their individual situation, showing empathy and respect, and providing fair outcomes and positive experiences.
The role is based in a call centre environment and all customer accounts are managed using an internal computer system, which you will update after every customer interaction to provide details of every customer contact and agreement. You will also have set targets and KPIs to meet each month in order to be eligible for additional bonus payments. These targets consist of call quality, customer resolutions and amount collected.
We are looking for people with excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer focus, motivation and drive to meet and exceed expectations and a professional attitude.

An early week: 7:45am - 2:30pm
A late week: 2:15pm - 9:00pm
Every other Saturday on the week of the late shift: 8:45am- 1:30pm
The first 5 weeks of your employment will be 9:00-5:00 Monday to Friday whilst you are in training.
