I am currently recruiting for one of my loyal clients who is looking for someone to join their expanding Customer Service team. My client is one of the UK’s leading specialists in their industry for over 10 years. They deliver their product all over the country which means they are ever growing.

The position itself will be on a temporary basis for 3 months leading into a PERMANENT position!

Location will be City Centre of Liverpool working Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm

Hourly pay rate will be £9 per hour.


Duties-

• Handling inbound calls
• Upselling over the phone
• Answering any customer queries
• Providing quote/negotiating
• Liaising with staff and customers via email
• Providing internal support to sales team

Experience-

• Working within a Customer Service role for at least 2 years
• Handling inbound calls
• Upselling over the phone
• Confident MS Office
