A fantastic non-profit organisation that provides a number of services, these include maintenance, housing and support services are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser for immediate start.
Your new role
This client are looking for an experienced Customer Service Adviser to join their inbound team who are first line support for customers. The role is full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working at the clients offices in Coalville on initially a 3 -6 month temporary contract but there is the opportunity for this role to become permanent. Day to day tasks will involve:
- Answering high volume telephone calls and providing excellent customer service
- You will be dealing with queries and resolving them
- Speaking to contractors to schedule repairs
- Able to identify when a call needs to be escalated to a senior member of the team
- Send customer review surveys by email
- Potentially dealing with customers via web chat application
What you'll need to succeed
You will have recent experience working within a call or contact centre and have a passion for delivering excellent customer services. You will thrive working in a busy environment and be able to work to your own initiative handling a wide range of queries on a daily basis.
