-Manage workflow of new tank installations and tank exchanges
-Raise correct work order type according to the contract
-Contact the customer to arrange installation dates
-Liaise with crane scheduler and groundwork's team for w/c commencing dates
-Arrange general service work for domestic and commercial customers
-Arrange work from existing queues
-Arrange follow up work following emergency calls
-Raise and receipt purchase orders for contractors attending work on behalf of Calor
-Close down work orders on completion of job
-Answer inbound calls to dedicated phone line
Successful candidates will have:
-Excellent communication skills
-An active knowledge of Microsoft Office
The successful candidate will need to have excellent customer focus along with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a high standard of work.
