With huge investment in marketing, business is expanding and flourishing with calls coming from customers keen to use the service of this business. You will be working on an inbound customer services line working with customers to help them with their query and assist them through the sales cycle.
While being based on the phone, this business is not the typical customer services contact centre environment and is well suited to someone looking for a business where KPIs lead the mood of the business. You will be an important part of the cycle of any customer, ensuring that calls are answered in a timely manner and that customers are satisfied with the service at every opportunity.

Within this customer services role, you will need to be flexible throughout the shift pattern which rotates between the hours of 8:00am - 9:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 - 5:30 Saturday and Sunday. Working days in the weekend will only be one in every three and will be rewarded with days off in the week to keep you at 5 days per week. With the office based in Hinckley, it isn't accessible for everyone so you need to be sure that you can get there.
In this customer services role, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £16,000 with a bonus paid every three months totalling an extra £5,000 throughout the year, bringing your earning to £21,000 for the year. You will get above average holiday allowance of 22 days and 8 days bank holidays through the year.
