Daily duties include:
Processing sales orders
Managing customer accounts
Supporting the Regional Sales Manager
Providing pricing, samples, delivery dates and order reports
Following up on quotes and sending quotes to customers
Updating CRM system
Providing product advice and product specification
Due to the product nature of this role we are looking for someone from a Manufacturing / Engineering background who is keen to learn more about the technical aspect
We also require excellent use of Excel - V look up, Pivot tables etc
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to understand the technical side of products
Great relationship building skills
Hours of Work: 39 hours per week.
8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday.
8:00am – 4:00pm on Fridays.
24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
