Customer Service Agent needed for friendly team based in central High Wycombe with onsite parking

Our clients are a non-profit organisation who specialise within the sports and leisure industry and are looking for a customer service agent to support the Customer Service team. With over 100 years of success this is a great place to join with a lively atmosphere and friendly team.
Your new role
You will be working in a team of 6+ where you will be speaking on a daily basis to customers and volunteers across the UK supporting with any membership issues using their CRM database. This role would suit someone who already works within a fast paced customer service office environment or call centre, can start in the new year- so we are ideally looking for a short notice period and an interest in sports would be advantageous.
What you'll get in return
Working with this fantastic organisation you will be offered a salary between £20K - £22K dependant on experience alongside a holiday allowance of 24 days, company pension, onsite parking and discounts on their facilities across the UK
