We are currently recruiting for the "best" telephone based Customer Service Agents London has to offer!!
Working for a cutting edge web-site linking customers with professionals and assisting consumers.
Answering Customers questions by phone and online chat. All inbound, service not sales.
Navigating around the website & providing solutions to the customers.
The successful candidates will be web savvy & able to pick up concepts quickly.
You will be well spoken, articulate, reliable and resilient who enjoys going the extra mile for every call.
This role covers shifts that run from 9-6pm and 4.30-1.00am (uber home for these hours)
There is some opportunity to work solely nights but candidates who can do both are desirable.
The shifts are working one week of days and then one week of nights Monday to Friday (no weekends)
These are temporary requirements that run for a minimum of two weeks to three months at a time.
Pay rates are competitive depending on experience from £10.00ph.
All candidates will ideally come from a telephone customer service background and be true customer service professionals.
Strong communication skills and problem solving ability.
Friendly offices based close to W1 Oxford Street area.
