- To be a proactive member of the Customer Support team providing call answering, technical, administrative and service support within the business as required
- To provide excellent service and response times to customers for call logging, service requests and query resolution
- To deliver 1st and 2nd technical support on product, service and billing enquiries
- To manage, chase for updates and close down cases for the department.
You need to have great communication skills.
Good IT Skills.
A technical background is essential.
Happy to work shifts - but this can be great as you work for four shifts and then have 4 shifts off! The shifts would work 365 days of the year and that's why you'd receive a good shift allowance on top of your salary.
A super opportunity for an entry level candidate or an experienced Customer Service candidate as long as you have the required skills.
Due to the type of work you would need to be a UK resident for a minimum of 5 years (uninterrupted)
