JOB DESCRIPTION

Macildowie are looking for a Customer Support Advisor working for a company based in Enderby. This is a temporary role which can go permanent for you.

You must be immediately available to start work for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Outbound calling and taking Inbound calls
Chase clients working from various daily task lists
Manage and deal with internal and external emails relating to all starter pack queries
Client satisfaction surveys
Call clients to complete surveys
Daily call statistics
Team and individual daily and monthly performance targets
Attendance and time keeping managements
Ongoing training

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Experience with outbound calling desirable (but not essential)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Understands process driven working methods
Excellent organisational and time management skills
