The Company;

My Client is a highly respected Finance Company based in the Tonbridge & Malling district.

The opportunities;

They are seeking a number of Customer Service Consultants to join them before Christmas.

The Role;

Is all about treating customers fairly via telephone, email, letter, internet forms and web chat to set up payment plans.

The requirements;

Great communication skills

PC literacy

Pleasant telephone manner

Good educational background

Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but, not essential

The hours;

Split shifts

Week 1 - 7.45am - 2.30pm

Week 2 - 2.30pm - 9.00pm

Every other Saturday morning

Salary;

Starting salary of £17,750 with up to 30% bonus paid monthly in arrears
