We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work on behalf of one of the UK’s leading Energy suppliers based in Glasgow.
As a Customer Service Advisor your role is to resolve all inbound queries received, ensuring that you have provided the customer with a high standard of service on all aspects of the call.
Calls can include various issues which require skills such as problem solving, empathy and communication.
Hours: 40 per week, working a rotational shift pattern in between the hours of 8:00am – 10:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am – 6:00pm Saturday. (NO SUNDAY WORK)
Start Date: On going.
Contract Type: Full Time + Permanent
Salary: £7.50 which increases to £7.70 after the 13 weeks probationary period
Training: 5/6 weeks training
