My client, based in Berkshire are currently recruiting for Customer Service Trainers for a three month project with the potential for this to be extended.
The hourly rate will be £13 per hour and will be an immediate start from Monday 7th September. All of your equipment will be delivered to your home address.
You must have Customer Service Team Leader experience
Your role will involve -
- Training Customer Service/Call Centre Advisors
- Working from home
- General Customer Service
You must have -
- Experience in a Senior Customer Service role
- Previous Call Centre experience
- Microsoft Office skills
- Immediate availability
- Able to work from home
