Are you currently working in a call centre and looking for a more professional career within a leading law firm where you can really build your career? This is an excellent role based with my client a leading legal services firm close to Sheffield and Rotherham. Working in the conveyancing team you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all new conveyancing matters. This will include handling queries on the phone and by e mail. Reporting to the New Business Supervisor you will be responsible for:
*Handling queries and making sure leads are logged onto the system and quotes completed within the agreed timescales
*Provide clients advice in regards to file opening
*To deal with all aspects of file opening including, organising leads, calling clients, taking payments, carrying out due diligence and chasing ID
*To deal with balances on account whether debit or credit card and allocate a bill properly.
*You will be extremely organised and used to working in a structured environment with some practical customer service experience being essential
*You will have good administration skills and be numerate.
*You will have a good telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
*Ideal role if you have been working in a call centre and would like to join a more professional working environment
*Hours of work are Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday mornings
