Customer Service - Temporary

My client, an outstanding business in central High Wycombe are currently recruiting for a customer service administrator on an on going temporary basis.

• Hours: 9-5 with a one hour lunch
• Car parking on site

This is a rare chance to work with an impeccable business and they are looking for someone to start early next week.

My pleasure in listing the main duties below:
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

The ideal candidate will be:
• Available immediately
• Previous experience in a customer service position
• Previous experience with an ERP system
