Customer Service - Telephone based

Demon Recruitment Groupis currently recruiting for a large number of Customer Agent's to join their Client in the Colnbrook area. Working for one of the largest Logistics companies globally, this is a great opportunity to develop your career.

This role will be long term temp initially

**Interviews ASAP**

Duties will include:

-Handling customer service calls
-Logging information and sending correspondence
-Investigating issues and resolving OR escalating when required
-Following up service reviews to ensure complete customer satisfaction
-Reporting any issues
-General administration support

Experience/Skills required:
-Previous customer interaction - Call Centre/Retention etc
-Excellent communication skills
-Confident telephone manner
-Ability to give constructive feedback
-Good IT skills

This role does require a 5 yr checkable history - with no unexplained Gaps. Acceptable gaps include; Job Seekers, Education and other - if can be traced with paperwork for other reason.

You will also need to be DBS checked
