Our Client, based in Alness, has immediate opportunities for Customer Service Technicians to join their team on a temporary basis, with positions expected to last until at least the end of August 2018.
Job Purpose and Accountabilities:
·Providing customer service support the client base.
·Taking inbound calls from client users
·Obtaining accurate user and fault information and logging it on the call management system.
·Providing first line technical support & troubleshooting.
·To provide levels of customer service in line with contractual SLAs and internal call quality targets.
Skills - Mandatory:
·Excellent Customer Service Skills
·Troubleshooting & Diagnostic skills
·Good interpersonal skills
·High Personal Standards
·High level of technical knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Windows XP & Office.
·An ability to work within a team.
Description of Project:
·Working on a rotational shift basis between 0600 and 2200 Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week. May include weekends
·Pay Rate £8.45
