The Customer Service Team Member provides Gatwick Airport Ltd (GAL) with an essential customer focused identity management service ensuring that all persons being granted access to the GAL airport restricted zones and controlled areas meet the required GAL Security Standards and the statutory requirements specified by the Department for Transport (DFT). The Customer Service Team Member works in a busy customer facing environment, working shifts either with a team or on their own.
