Customer Service Team Manager

Excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader looking to take the next step into a full management role within Financial Services.

We are looking for a Team Leader / Manager to mentor, develop and manage a team of circa eight general Customer Service Advisors and Administrators who provide a range of support in this busy operations department.

You will be responsible for quality and service levels delivered by your team, adhering to FCA regulations, the TCF Framework and internal response timescales.

Recruitment and development of your team member is crucial, acting as a role model to drive high performance, passion for service quality, attention to detail and communication standards both internally and externally.
