Coulter Elite Resourcing - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader based in Spalding. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service driven individual to join an established company who are specialists in their field.

Our client is rapidly growing and require a team leader to build and manage the running of a very busy customer service department.

Job Specifications: -

  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed
  • Manage a growing team of customer service agents
  • Plan and manage a busy workload
  • Conduct performance reviews, hiring new staff members, holidays & absences
  • Can step straight into a team
  • Be at hand for your team both answering enquires and proving support
  • Provide data-based reports to stakeholder regarding the performance of your team

Person Specification

  • Must have experience within a call centre / customer care environment
  • Experience looking after a team (minimum one year)
  • A strong personality that can problem solve
  • Must have experience using CRM systems
  • Be computer literate including excel

This is a full-time permeant position as a Customer Service Team Leader is paying an annual salary of £26,000 p/a Working hours are between 8am - 8pm on a 4 days on 4 days off rota.
