Customer Service Team Leader

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team leader to join a well known organisation on the outskirts of Newcastle for a period of 3 to 6 months. 

Responsibilities will include:

* Motivate and inspire the team to reach and exceed all set targets / KPIs
* Coach the team to maximise every interaction with all customers
* Lead by example, coach and motivate the team
* Ensure the team have a continuous line of communication with customers
* Ensure and deliver results to customers in a timely manner

This is a full time role and the hours of work are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Please note that this position requires an almost immediate start so you must have little or no notice
