A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with a friendly, customer orientated organisation based in the Slough area.

As a Customer Service Team Leader you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of an effective customer focused service by leading, developing and inspiring a team of customer service advisors to provide frontline telephone and administration operations to agreed service levels. Experience in automotive finance would be an advantage.

You will have relevant experience in customer service centre team management in a high volume/transactional operation including performance management, coaching and development as well as significant experience of management in a service orientated sector where service excellence is paramount. You should have relevant experience in managing customer service centre team KPI's including quality, standards and service levels agreements.

As a Team Leader you will positively contribute to the development of and the implementation of change within the Customer Service Centre as required by the Customer Service Manager.
