A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with a friendly, customer orientated organisation based in the Slough area.

As a customer service team leader you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of an effective customer focused service by leading, developing and inspiring a team of customer service advisors to provide frontline telephone and administration operations to agreed service levels.

You will have relevant experience in customer service centre team management in a high volume/transactional operation including performance management, coaching and development as well as significant experience of management in a service orientated sector where service excellence is paramount. You should have relevant experience in managing customer service centre team KPI's including quality, standards and service levels agreements.

As a Team Leader you will positively contribute to the development of and the implementation of change within the Customer Service Centre as required by the Customer Service Manager.
