A leading housing association is looking for 2 experienced Customer Service Team Leaders to focus on the management of call handling and repairs reporting in the Customer Service Centre (including reception areas). ensuring the highest levels of customer service through coaching and best use of resources through well planned staff scheduling.

Applicants must have experience of managing large customer service teams in a high-paced environment with high call and email volumes.

An understanding of performance management and developing plans and strategies

Experience of writing reports and presenting.

Pay per hour is £17 PAYE or £21.59 Limited

This is an ongoing temporary assignment with the potential of going perm
