Customer Service Support

Yodel have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Support Administrator.

This is not your typical Customer Service Support role, it is a diverse role which will at times be challenging, yet rewarding. You will be responsible for all administration duties to ensure that the operations at the depot are running smoothly. This duties vary from speaking to customers, supporting on the warehouse floor, processing finance data, fixing postal and barcode problems.

  • Salary: £ 8.59 per hour

  • Hours a week: 35

  • Days expected to work: Tuesday to Saturday

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Contract type: Fixed term contract -Temporary

Duties and responsibilities

  • Taking high volume of inbound calls, dealing with parcel queries, complaints as well as general enquiries

  • Uploading documentation on to our in-house database

  • Updating Excel spreadsheets

  • From time to time, you will be expected to help on the warehouse floor

  • Checking with general compliance, ensuring new starter packs have been uploaded correctly

  • Dealing with the HR Portal for pay related issues

  • Liaising with different departments at Yodel to help resolve problems/queries
