Our client based in Farnborough are currently looking to expand their Customer Service team and looking for a Customer Service Support Administrator.

You will be responsible for:

  • Taking Customer calls
  • Logging calls
  • Deal with any issues and complaints that arise
  • Escalate Customer queries where necessary
  • Liaise with Sales team
  • Adhoc Admin duties

Must have an excellent telephone manner, confident and well organised.
