Our client based in Farnborough are currently looking to expand their Customer Service team and looking for a Customer Service Support Administrator.
You will be responsible for:
- Taking Customer calls
- Logging calls
- Deal with any issues and complaints that arise
- Escalate Customer queries where necessary
- Liaise with Sales team
- Adhoc Admin duties
Must have an excellent telephone manner, confident and well organised.
